Has anyone been to the Fri night seafood buffet at Embassy Suites Hotel near the Costco on N Michigan Rd?

How about the Sunday brunch buffet at Hilton near 69/465?

Any other good buffet? How about downtown?

Might I suggest this "buffet"? And yes, they do breakfast.

Thanks for the info re: Shapiro.

But back to the hotel buffet, I went to the seafood buffet at Embassy Suites Hotel tonight. It's from 5pm to 9pm. Price is $21.95. The main attraction items are raw oysters and prime rib. The seafood chowder was also okay, but kinda too thick. Everything else, esp the two entrees: Imperial Catfish and Breaded fried cod were very mediocre. The catfish looked extremely stuffy. There's a thick layer of bread crumb on the top, and the gravy was extra heavy creamy - basically, it's the kind of stuff that guarantees you're not going to be able to eat anything else after couple of bites of it.

So if you're a raw oyster or prime rib fan, go for it. If not, I won't recommend it.
