The salumi comes from Mario's dad in Seattle, so yes, suffice to say, it's decent selection
Intimate setting, efficient service, solid rustic fare, with lamb's brains pasta and beef cheeks ravioli on the menu. It's nice that they didn't dumb the menu down for the Vegas crowd; rumor has it that they actually serve more lamb's brains in Vegas than they do in New York.
Wines are served by the quartino or the bottle, and is heavy on the Bastianich label.
I recommend the calamari, sicilian lifeguard style, which is to say, tender squid in a subtly spicy tomato sauce. And if you're into tripe, the tripe all' parmigiana is totally worth taking that plunge again. It's rid of the that funkiness, a nice bite in a rich tomato sauce with a little kick.
