Post #1 - October 9th, 2009, 6:11 pmIf you haven't had yakiniku yet you're missing out! This is my favorite thing to eat in the whole world. They have a little grill in the middle of your table and bring you out thinly sliced cuts of meat for you to cook yourself. It only takes a few moments to cook and then you dip in this sauce and eat. Doesn't get fresher than that!
And they have the most tender meat in Japan. Really marbled meat.“It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.”
