Post #1 - January 17th, 2011, 5:59 pmThere's more to eat in Byron besides turkey nuggets. As we were leaving the Testicle Festival last October we noticed this trailer with a drum grill out back billowing smoke. Even though we were chock full o' nuts we couldn't pass it up.
This is awfully good chicken, on par with Uncle Joe's in Chicago (high praise indeed). Terrific incendiary sauce and great pepper relish too. I'm not sure about their winter hours but it's worth checking out if you're nearby.
