Biker Jim's Denver, CO

Biker Jim, a long time friend, recently opened Biker Jim's in Denver. Jim, the encased meats master of the west, began street vending grilled game sausages off a cart five years ago and recently opened his brick and mortar establishment. Any one that uses a caulking gun to apply cream cheese to a reindeer sausage with grilled onions is okay in my book. Biker Jim was featured on "No Reservations" and in Molly O'Neill's book "One Big Table."

It happens to be just across the street from my favorite place to eat in Denver, Marco's Coal Fired Pizza. Marco's is some of the best pizza I have had anywhere.
