Those of you that have been to, and now mourn the loss of, Taqueria Margarita in Traverse City, there is good news. They have re-opened outside of town on east bay in Williamsburg - the intersection of M72 and US 31. Almost IN the intersection. The menu is the same... simple. Tacos, quesadillas, enchilada and tamales. The menu on the website doesn't show my favorite - tacos de lengua (tongue). It also doesn't mention the equally good fish tacos on Fridays. They use the tortillas from El Milagro in Chicago and I always buy several packages to take home. This is not fine dining. It is a small spot with just plain good and muy autentico street food.
