Not sure if there's an existing thread about Indiana off the interstates, but I spent a night in Angola, IN during this week's blizzard and wanted to briefly comment on the restaurant at the Ramada, 6 Autumns.
I wrote about the bourbon selection at the bar here

but the food at the restaurant was decent as well. Much of the stuff is locally sourced and made from scratch, the steaks aren't impressive but a juicy chicken breast with artichoke topping was great. Everything comes with a nice salad of mixed greens, homemade dressings, and two sides. Griddled green beans and sugar snap peas were great, homemade mac and cheese decent too.
I'm always looking for easy options when driving and this is definitely worth traveling an extra exit or two.
