I can't say much more about it 1) because it's still aging and 2) while I'm a fan of fruitcake, the beefy taste of plum pudding doesn't do much for me. However, if you are a fan or would just like to try it, Tipsy Cake's stuff is very good, so I'm certain this will be too.
