Le Creuset Silly Question about Sticker

Post #1 - March 4th, 2007, 9:40 pmSo we just purchased our first piece of Le Creuset cookware - probably rivals the most expensive piece of cookware we own, formerly being a Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. My wife insists I ask this silly question: Do we remove the Le Creuset white sticker on the outside of the pot prior to use? I am absolutely certain the sticker is supposed to come off; She insists the sticker is supposed to stay on. Help?

I thought it was like the sticker on a mattress, remove it and the thing blows up.
