Post #1 - April 1st, 2007, 5:14 amthe other day while shopping, i picked up a package of hot links to tide me over during my sunday 'smoke', when the bold listing of pork, chicken and beef by products, caught my eye....
upon close reading of the ingredient list, i noticed the descriptor - beef salivary glands.
what the hey... i thought this kind of added meat slurry, lost commercial practice since upton sinclair's day.
