    So I was perusing the hams on Paulina's site. Has anyone bought a "Party Ham"? Does it have a bone?

    There are only 5 of us for Easter dinner this year and I don't want a ton of leftovers, so a "small" bone-in ham at 8#'s seems alot.

    Any other suggestions for a good, bone in, NON Spiral cut ham?

    I usually get a Hillshire Farms half ham and have always had good luck. Not too salty, average price. Variety of sizes. This is not a high end ham but normally turns out good every time, very consistent.

    I hadn't thought about/realized that Paulina cures its own hams (except for the Virginia country hams, and imports hanging about the store). What a great place. Interesting website, though it doesn't begin to cover everything they pack into the store.

    Currywurst, smoked goose breast, linguica? Who knew.
