    It's not in my Schmitz & Worman, which, unfortunately, is the only Thai cookbook I've got up here in the Great Frozen North/Grande Nord gelée.

    Street food, pancake from rice and some other flour, with moules. Douse with siracha, gobble. What's the name? Who's got a good recipe? PEI moules are on sale up here, and they're beautiful...

    You mean mussel omelet, hawy thawt?

    Doesn't seem to be a recipe in Thompson's Thai food, which is all I have handy at the moment.
