Mrs. Field's chocolate icing recipe?

I am planning to make a chocolate chip cookie cake for my b/f's birthday this weekend. I love the chocolate icing that Mrs. Field's uses for their cookie cakes. Does anyone know how I might be able to replicate it? It seems softer and more chocolatey than chocolate butter cream. Thanks
