Im looking for specialty grocers focused on prepared foods specifically located in the North Shore and Naperville area.

Any specifics? You can get some decent items from Casey's on Washington and Gartner, some excellent items from Meditteranean Oasis on Bailey between Washington and Naper, and also there is a nice small food court in the Rear of ASIA supermarket at Naper and Ogden.
