    I very much enjoy these little instructional videos. The side commentary (hints about seeding, stuffing, etc.) is entertaining and very helpful. Nice, nice stuff -- as full of info as any Bayless show I've seen, no kidding.

    I have a poblano pepper that's starting to bear fruit -- will have to try this.

    HI,

    I watched the filet mignons. It is really a man's man video:

    - Can't find a match, why not use your weed burner to light the fire. Sure it is overkill but it does get the job done.

    - A steak meal is not complete without double-baked cheddar potato, potatoes au gratin and rice with the secret ingredient of pan juices. The closest a vegetable came to hitting the plate was some minced scallion maybe in the double-baked potato.

    Immensely entertaining!
