    Hoping some of my well informed fellow LTHers can help me out. I'm looking for a serving tray that will hold cones (ala TK's French Laundry/Per Se). It should have smaller holes/holders than a traditional ice cream cone holder and be able to be used for passed hors d'oeuvres.

    If I can't find one, I'll have figjustin make one (after all, it's just a tray with holes in it, right?).

    Yes, they have the lucite trays as well a stand alone stainless one to mount the lucite trays. They also have the most wonderful selection of toothpicks and other disposable items for caterers/banquets.
