Ok Yall. I made "Pico de Gallo" aka Beak of the Roster"..Or Hot Chile Sauce"..All I did was 1. Choped up fresh tomatos 2. Chopped up 1/2 of a big yellow onion 3. crushed fresh wild peppers from my yard 4.Added Cilantro gell 5. Mixed all up and put some lime juice and salt in. 6. Chilled inthe fridge. 7.Took next door and ate it with the neighbors as we watched preseason football. Make is sometimes.. you can use serranos or jalepenos too.
