    Bought some packaged truffles, improperly stored them. They congealed into a big blob. I refrigerated this.

    What should I do with this? Melt it for fondue? Make a chocolate-heavy dessert of some sort?

    Truffles are basically a ganache (2:1 chocolate to heavy cream) you can do all kinds of stuff with ganache from chocolate frosting to truffles to filling pastries. I frost most of my cakes with a chocolate ganache, which has a 3:1 ratio, should be easy enough to figure out...
