Post #1 - February 10th, 2008, 1:36 pmDoes anyone have a rough recipe for the gratis cheesespread that is served with crackers at Merle's in Evanston? I've tried to recreate it to no avail. Sophisticated, it is not, but delicious it is.

My guess, cream cheese, horseradish, maybe some sour cream and S & WP.
