Fabrique Delices Sausages

My sister sent me a bunch of frozen sausages from this company on the West Coast. Apologies if they've been discussed, (search engine doesn't come up w/anything), but does anyone have any experience with them? Any interesting prep ideas? They sound tasty. I plan on either chatting with (Hot) Doug or just straight up stealing some condiment ideas from his menu.
