I am able to find wasabi coated peas but I really have a craving for Wasabi Coated Soybeans and would like to find a purveyor of these treats preferably in north suburbs -

    HI,

No guarantee it is at either, though both carry the broadest range of Asian products:

    Mitsuwa (Japanese oriented)
    Algonquin & Arlington Heights Roads
    Arlington Heights, IL

    H-Mart (Korean oriented)
    Waukegan & Oakton
    Niles, IL

    Regards,

Oh! My first post! We got a bag in our Christmas stocking: Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame--Wasabi. I suspect they came from Woodman's on Randall (in Algonquin? West Dundee? ) but Cost Plus is also a possibility as the gifters frequent both.

The fact that we still have the bag of dregs around says more about our inability to finish anything and less about how good they were or weren't. I seem to remember enjoying them.

    Woodman's Store # 33
    2100 Randall Road
    Carpentersville, IL 60110

I know Trader Joe's has the peas. If you haven't checked there you could call a few to see if they carry the soybeans. I used to buy these and I remember they had a couple of different varieties.
