I happened to be looking at the web site for mk today and noticed they've posted some recipes that sound good: baby octopus, celery-root soup, slow-cooked rabbit leg and strudel of rabbit loin (Easter dinner, anyone?), coffee caramel pot de creme, peach and ginger hand pies, apple cake and port-poached pears. Not sure whether the savory recipes are Michael Kornick's or Erick Simmons' but the sweets are from Amy Sampson and Kate Neumann.

West Town Tavern has a number of Susan Goss' recipes online, and apparently she adds to them frequently.

Le Titi de Paris has up a recipe for smoked pork loin and wild mushroom ravioli, presumably from Michael Maddox.

And, of course, there are a number of local chefs' recipes on this site, which you can find via the
recipe index, including dishes from Jimmy Bannos (Heaven on Seven), Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill), Zenash Beyene (Ras Dashen), Homaro Canto (Moto), Paul Kahan (Blackbird) and Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia).
If you spot any others, please post.
