    I happened to be looking at the web site for mk today and noticed they've posted some recipes that sound good: baby octopus, celery-root soup, slow-cooked rabbit leg and strudel of rabbit loin (Easter dinner, anyone?), coffee caramel pot de creme, peach and ginger hand pies, apple cake and port-poached pears. Not sure whether the savory recipes are Michael Kornick's or Erick Simmons' but the sweets are from Amy Sampson and Kate Neumann.

    West Town Tavern has a number of Susan Goss' recipes online, and apparently she adds to them frequently.

    Le Titi de Paris has up a recipe for smoked pork loin and wild mushroom ravioli, presumably from Michael Maddox.
