The International Association of Culinary Professionals just announced its 2008 cookbook award winners.

The award for Cookbook of the year went to Fish Forever: The Definitive Guide to Understanding, Selecting, and Preparing Healthy, Delicious, and Environmentally Sustainable Seafood by Paul Johnson.
