I have been looking for heavy round cooling racks. Racks made of 1/4" and 1/8" chrome steel used to be available at restaurant supply stores. They were available in 8", 11" 13", and 15" diameters. Any ideas?
How about commercial grade tall stainless stock pots with extra thick (3/8") disc bottoms?
