What the heck is Swal fish (purchased at my Jewel today)

and I have no info about Swal fish
I googled it and got just about nada...
Here's a shot of the filets (about 1/2 lbs each)

Post #6 - September 3rd, 2008, 8:17 amWhen I got it, it was spelled Swad. Made a decent fish soup. The guy at the counter told me he didn't know and the lady who buys for that Jewel was on vacation. Helpful.
