While it's nice to have a farmer's market 1/2 a block from home, options are still pretty limited (especially compared with Green City, our usual Saturday stop).
The new lamb purveyor, Mint Creek Farms, is wonderful, though. Really friendly folks and great lamb. The puppy is even hooked on the lamb - - they'll sell you a bag of soup bones for a buck or two. They were generous enough to give us the first big bag for free, and now we always have some bones for the pup in the freezer.
