I'd try Pastoral for Leyden cheese, although I believe I've seen it termed Leidsekaas at some grocery stores.

I have seen Leyden at Whole Foods in the past, but I haven't been in one recently.

In the Netherlands, this cumin-studded cheese is called either komijnekaas (cumin cheese) or Leidsekaas (Leiden cheese). When I visited there, it was ubiquitous at breakfast, so much so that we started calling it ontbeit kaas (breakfast cheese).

Right on. To my grandma, this is "Dutch Breakfast Cheese." Whole Foods seems to stock it right before holidays - Easter, Rosh/Yom, T-giving, Christmas/Hanukkah. River Forest WF had it two weeks ago.
