Received some wild board ribs a while back and have finally de-thawed them and would like to cook them up but at am a loss. I have thought about possibly bbqing them somehow, but after reading through some of the other boar recipes ([http://lthforum.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=12246&hilit=boar]here[/http://lthforum.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=12246&hilit=boar] and the mario Batali mentioned wild boar ragu) I am interested to see what else I can do that might compliment the meat better.
Any thoughts from the experts?
