Does anyone know where I could buy this on the North side of Chicago? Hopefully chunks or ground.

Post #2 - August 7th, 2009, 12:14 pmI've seen it at Marketplace on Oakton in Skokie. Most places that carry Bob's Red Mill products have their version of it - I like to add it to chili sometimes. I would guess that most Whole Foods carry it, too - I'd call them.

Yep, giant new Lincoln Park Whole Foods definitely carries TVP in one of their several bulk foods sections. Ask for a map when you get there.
