Bon Appetit Strawberry Glazed Cheesecake

Post #1 - August 17th, 2009, 10:14 pmMy mother is having a 75th birthday celebration soon, August 29th down in S.C., & she wants me to make this cheesecake. I used to bake. That said, I don't have the recipe in my box. I'm actually surprised by this. I found recipe online but I swear I used to add candied orange zest as a garnish plus fresh whipped cream piped as a border for the cake & I didn't think those were my additions but in the recipe.
