Any thoughts on where to buy good fish in the Oak Park area other than Whole Foods? Folks have luck with Caputo's? Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

I've bought good fish in Whole Foods, Dominicks, Jewel, Fair Share, Tony's, Cermak Produce...

If you are choosing the fish you buy, then it should be good. There is no reason to buy bad fish. Just because it's on display does not mean it's good. You have a decent shot at getting most things nice and fresh from Whole Foods since they charge a lot to presumably make up for loss doing routine quality checks. I can go to any store, however, and pick out fish just as good as Whole Foods on any given day if it's available at the store. If you choose to pick the good fish at whatever store you go to, you will always get good fish.
We cannot be friends if you do not know the difference between Mayo and Miracle Whip.
