Just made this stuff through pure improv, and it came out awesome. It's going to be served with falafel and harissa as a sort of mutant sundae.
Tahini-Lemon Frozen YoghurtMix together:
3 C Whole-Milk Yoghurt
2/3 C Tahini
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Juice of 2 lemons (meant to add the zest, too, but the juicing device turned 'em inside out, the flavor's bright without it)
3 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs vodka (helps keep ice crystal size small -- I used Stoli Mandarin, but a lemon-flavored would be even better)
1/4 C sesame seeds
Process in your ice cream maker as usual.
