I bought my wife a pasta machine for Christmas. We made pasta Saturday night and it was wonderful. One question, when we cut the sheets with either the fine or wide cutter, it did not cut all the way through the sheet. We had quite a bit of separating we had to do by hand. Any clue as to why this would be? Dough too thick, too, thin? I'm sure by experimenting we can figure it out, but if there is an expert lurking about, I'd appreciate some advice.
