    I've been waiting for this! Thank you! One clarification, I think. You only stack of half (eight, not all sixteen) of your six inch circles for the bottom crust, reserving the other eight for the top crust, yes?

    Nope - I increased the recipe a bit after a consultation with mom and you make a stack of sixteen for the bottom crust and another stack of 16 for the top crust.

    Very nice. Looks really good and tasty. Love the table cloths. I once knew two old Armenian women that made phyllo and made something called beoreg (?) with it. it did not have spinach but lots of cheese. It was delicious.
