I'm baking for my grandson's Bar Mitzvah. I need to make about 2500 pieces since there will be about 600 people there. Most of the stuff needs to be put into paper cups. Does anyone know where I can get quanities of paper baking cups.

Also I would like to get a large roll of parchment paper. I once got it at Costco but have used up the roll I had and they don't have it now.

    Thanks
    Paulette

Have you tried Wilton or Schweppes? I've purchased parchment paper lots of places but never looked for an oversized roll.

Wiltons parchment is kosher, at least.

$4.99 for a double roll at Michael's or Joann's. My wife just bought two with 50% off coupons from the Sunday paper. She says each store honors the other's coupons.
