justjoan -- The folks at ISB are very accommodating and, if they have sesame seeds on hand, I'm sure they would be happy to make some loaves on order with sesame rather than fennel. The muffuletta loaves would have to be special-ordered in any event (at least as of now), so it would be worth asking. (I'll try to remember to ask them when I stop by tomorrow morning.)
