I've been eyeballing the plethora of greens H-Mart carries for quite sometime. I rarely swerve from my usual baby bokchoy, maybe some korean chives, maybe chinese radish, some lemongrass.
I have short term goal of adding way more veggies into meals and would like to cook up the 40 plus product selection of straight up fresh cut dark green leafy veggies I'm seeing.
Would the best way to do it, to go to H-mart, write down the names of each one then go home and google each one for recipes? Or does anyone have a resource of say..."how to cook and prepare every Asian veggie under the sun"?
