My friend recently brought me some Burokeliai from Racine Bakery. They describe it on their website as traditional Lithuanian creamy beet recipe. I have been searching the 'net for a while now and can't find a recipe. Does anyone know how to ake this amazing dish?

    Thanks in advance!
    peace,

    HI,

There are many beet recipes from that part of the world. From a little reading, I have a sense it is a variation of this beet salad.
