I was at Target yesturday (Glendale Heights) and saw that they sold meat. Actually had a nice selection and their own label (Sutton & Dogde I believe). They had a half of Brisket that I was eyeing. I ended up not buying any but was wondering if anyone has any experience with it.

Bought the pre sliced cold cuts from a non-super Target once. Seemed to go off more quickly than normal deli stuff, having been sliced longer in advance. Probably wouldn't get it again unless really desperate.

The Target in Highland Park recently remodeled and was running a promotion in honor of their new grocery/produce/meat departments. I purchased a package of the house brand boneless something or other beef. It wasn't too bad. Is Target my regular stop for meat? Nope. It is what it is.
