seeking Lavender in bulk - Chicago-land area

Good morning, LTHForum!
I am seeking a source for purchasing lavender in bulk - dry or fresh (my plan is to use the lavender as part of a recipe involving orange peel, pistachio shells, grass, and lavender as a lovely natural fuel for smoking bees this summer).
Any suggestions?
I am in the City of Chicago but always welcome an excuse for a road trip!

As Steve suggests, I would try the Spice House first.
You could also look at Matanzas Creek Winery in California (they have an online shop).
Though not my favorite winery for wines, it is a beautiful place with vineyards surrounded by lavender fields.

The sell a 3-pack of grill sticks for $7.50 (bundled lavender to use on the BBQ, which might work for the bees).
They also sell tins of culinary lavender. Let us know what you find.

I use the dry lavender from the Spice House in Evanston sold in small glass containers all the time in many recipes and I am always satisfied.
And I am from Provence...

Not sure if it is appropriate for me to post this, but I've got organic lavender at my shop. In bulk and in jars. Also working on a lavender sugar that should be ready sometime next week.
