Ed signed up for a 20 week share at
Angelic Organics and fortunately for me, he's in Windsor a lot and I often get his share.

This was one of those weeks, and we're really hitting the harvest now. Six ears of corn (and more in the bonus boxes if I'd wanted them), a bag filled with probably four or five pounds of tomatoes, a giant yellow heirloom tomato, lettuce and salad mix, hot peppers, a cucumber, an eggplant, red peppers, kale, fennel, an onion, a bunch of carrots, a head of fresh garlic, basil, and dill.
I'd used up half the heirloom tomato (which was very mild) in a pasta salad with the eggplant and some of the basil, but I still had a lot of tomatoes and basil. So I made something I suppose is a pizza
Olive oil, two types of tomatoes, chopped fresh garlic, fresh basil, parmesan, romano, Maldon salt, a few flakes of hot pepper. 11 minutes at 450 convection bake. Wonderful!!
