How could I use Vietnamese CA KHO CHA BONG? DriedShredFish?

Hi,
A friend gave me a large package of Vietnamese dried salted shredded fish. It's called CA KHO CHA BONG (don't have the accents to put on top).
It's supposed to be good with rice.
I have no idea how to use it or prepare it.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Berns,

Cha bong is already prepared, so there is nothing for you to do except eat it. It can be eaten with bread, rice, sweet-rice, congee, and rice ribbon rolls.
