They used "SARASA SAUCE" ( spelling??)
Any idea?? Where to buy???

They were using on beef steaks.
I've marinated a Tri-Tip using Harissa Paste. Then medium rare on the grill.
Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's different than harissa paste. Harissa is usually more spiced than sriracha. Sriracha is generally just the flavor of chiles, garlic, and salt. Good stuff.

Post #8 - July 13th, 2012, 2:31 pmThis is my go-to sacha sauce. I use it as a marinade for satay, esp. pork satay. Marinade overnight, then grill. Might make an interesting marinade for steaks, too.

Post #9 - July 13th, 2012, 7:02 pmConsidering that the ep featured Bobby Flay v. some guy named Joe Isadori from a resto in the Hamptons, I'd say it's more likely that it was Sriracha sauce than Sa Cha. Just a guess.
