I work in the West Loop and I'm always on the lookout for new places to eat lunch. I haven't found a sushi place that I really really like yet, so I was excited to see one in the new Mariano's in Greektown. But I was miffed when I saw that every to-go carton of sushi says "sustainable seafood." A lot of the species featured are standard, but certainly not sustainable that I know of:

Unagi for example, is listed as "avoid" on the
seafood watch website. It's already such a chore to keep track of what seafood is sustainable, that it certainly doesn't help when stores muddy the water by claiming things are "sustainable."
