Choricero pepper paste?

I received Ferran Adria's "The Family Meal" for xmas, and his Romesco sauce uses 5 cups if Choricero pepper paste per gallon and a half of sauce. Has anyone ever seen this?

I understand it's best known as the pepper that gives chorizo its color, but I've never seen this paste except for mail order.

Googling it comes up with some funny things
(apparently the quantity listed in one edition was 5 gallons for a 4 1/2 gallon recipe)

and you can buy it on line, but my guess is you are going to want to make fewer than 5 gallons of this stuff
