    Hi all!

I'm going to Boston this weekend to visit my sister and I was thinking of getting some Vosges truffles for her. I've never patronized their boutiques before and I thought their chocolates looked fascinating and exotic. Do you think it's a gift that is worth its value?

    Thanks! :)

I do. I think the Vosges truffles are unique and very, very high-quality. I often bring them as hostess gifts.

Vosges is absolutely worth the premium. I'm not even a big chocolate fan i.e. I don't ever crave it, but the spice/chocolate jouissance of some of
their offerings rocks my world. The naga(curry) truffle and the chile/choco bar in particular get me going. Do try their new line of exotic caramels; the Hawaiian salt caramel, the campari/blood orange, and the
    dulce de leche, especially....mmmmm.

Vosges are certainly very good, high quality Chocolates, but don't forget about Fannie May. Even though it's no longer made here, It's a Chicago chocolate icon.

Well I just completed a 13 chocolate shop tour buying chocolate for my wedding and Voseges was the best by far that I tried. I'd say it'd make a good gift :)
