I have a large Crockpot that I bought to make Chilis, stews, etc. Then I found Anupy Singla's book on Indian food cooked in the Slowcooker. I thought I was going to use this contraption a LOT. Guess what? Not happening. The sheer volume of cooked beans is too much for one person to consume. I live alone and there was no way I was going to keep making enormous amounts of stuff. The Crockpot and the Book are just sitting around. So a Crockpot+Anupy Singla's book are available for anyone who would like to try making Indian Slowcooker food.
PS: I live in Pilsen and you would have to come pick it up! There is no way I am lugging that thing around town.
PPS: GONE TO ZOID!
Dagnabbit!! I lent my slowcooker out for a church function a couple of years ago, and it got appropriated and sold by the Women's Auxiliary at their annual rummage sale!! If that is not a tale of woe, I don't know what is, so if the deal falls through, could my kindness be considered worthy of being the recipient of
your kindness?
