I was wondering if there were enough gluten-free bakers here on LTH to warrant an exchange amongst ourselves... if so, I'd be very happy to host the gathering.

I was at Continental Sales & Salvage over the weekend, which is located just south of Midway Airport.
They had a number of gluten free products from pasta with sauce, bread mix, pasta and gnocchi mixes as well as two 25- or 50-pound bags of gluten free flour. Everything was priced rock bottom. When it ends up at Continental Sales it may be past its freshness date, a discontinued item or some an lot.
I bought a 50-pound bag of evaported cane juice (aka sugar) for $14.99. Some bags were rock solid, I found one that was soft and took it.
