Wusthof on sale at Northwest Cutlery

Well, I lost another paring knife. This happens when it gets crazy busy. I really enjoy working with good knives, and I suppose I could just get a bag full of cheap paring knives and save myself some money. I almost ordered one from Amazon, but decided to give the money to NW Cutlery instead. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the Classic 3.5" paring knife was reduced from $39.95 to $29.95. This sale on all Wusthof knives will continue through the Christmas holidays.

Wüsthof Classic 3 1/2-inch paring knife is Cook's Illustrated pick of paring knives. Terrific paring knife, at $29.95 I'm tempted to get a back-up.

Eddie also gave me a coupon to get five knives sharpened free.

About a year or so ago, the handle on my 10" Wusthof French knife cracked and became very uncomfortable to hold. (man made material) When I took my tools in to NW for a tune up, they replaced it for me at no charge.

Another reason to patronize the local businesses rather than amazon.
