I'm always looking for better ways to bake diabetic safe treats. Has anyone tried cooking or baking with Whey Low sugar substitutes? According to their website, all of their sweeteners are 100% natural. Thanks for any insight that the board can offer.

This reeks of a huge scam. The pseudoscience on their website is downright comical. You can take a risk and trust the "study" they did in their own "clinic" with a whopping 9 subjects, but I wouldn't go around feeding this stuff to actual diabetics. This kind of stuff makes my blood boil [sweet].

Thanks Laikom, there was not a lot of substance on the Whey Low website, so I thought I'd ask the LTH community. Interestingly, I first read about this product on the Roeser's Bakery website.
